HAYWARD, Calif (December 18, 2009) - Dutra-Cerro-Graden dba DCG Commercial (DCG), a full service commercial broker and development company focused on helping “Mission-Based” entities (government agencies, faith based organizations, schools, and non-profits), has been retained by the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (“District”) to seek new opportunities for a District campus expansion near the new and existing Dublin/Pleasanton BART stations. DCG has released a Public Solicitation to potential sites within walking distance of both Dublin/Pleasanton BART stations.
DCG recently represented the District in a 5,000 SF lease near the Las Positas campus in Livermore, CA.
