Assistance with the Entitlement Process

DCG has extensive land use and development experience and understands the complex nature of the entitlement process. We work closely with clients to assess the feasibility of various options and to determine how these options relate to their overall goals. We then act as a project manager, working closely with city governments and other regulatory agencies to obtain the necessary governmental approvals as defined in the entitlement process.

While we collaborate with trusted consultants with expertise in, planning, urban design, engineering, environmental analysis, architectural and landscape design, transportation and parking analysis and other key areas, DCG remains as the Primary Consultant and Project Manager providing seamless communication and coordination between the client and other consultants.
